I love film. I have been using my analog camera for about 6 months now and I am literally hooked or have "photographers disease" as my friend likes to call it, where you just want to take photos of everything you see all the time. I have basically lost all interest in digital photography, it doesn't excite me anymore. I like the feeling of making mistakes and excepting them instead of just editing them out.. or deleting the photo. Seeing beautiful photos that you may have accidentally taken through the plastic wrapped around my newly developed photos makes me feel warm inside. The colours, the grain everything about it is just so magical.

Inspiration

About a week ago I was told that I had finally been given a chance to show the online world my "trends" of the moment, yippeee! I am to arrange 3-4 outfits based on what trends I like at the moment. As you can see from my inspiration photos, I'm going for an american indian inspired grunge/ romance look..? sounds very strange all together but I reckon with the right stuff I may be able to pull something sweet out of my sleeve... or maybe I will just end up looking like a crazy bag lady. So far all I've really found are some crosses, hats and long skirts but I am having a bit of a opp shop day sometime this week so I am bound to find something there. I would explain it a lot more to you all but I dont wan't to spoil it! Keep you all updated! x

Hullo, sorry I haven't posted in ages.. unfortunately my laptop was stolen a week ago along with all of my lovely photos I have collected over the internet ): hopefully I will get it back but god knows how long that will take. In other news I am thinking of starting a tumblr, the whole thing fascinates me so why not?

and from now on I will be posting a "photo of the week" kind of thing (: this one below is by a friend and photographer George Downing. I think it's magical.
